What it is
Feet up, switch off
An ion foot detox is a warm foot bath you sit and soak in while you relax. It is a calm, easy treatment, no effort required from you beyond putting your feet up for a while.
Our Foot Bliss treatment rolls it into one lovely session: the ion foot bath, an aroma foot scrub, and a hot stone foot massage. People often book it as a quiet add-on to a sauna or colonic visit.

A light, fragrant scrub that leaves tired feet feeling soft and fresh.
Hot stone massage
Warm stones work along the feet to finish, the bit most people never want to end.
This is a relaxation and comfort treatment, not medical care. If you are pregnant or managing a health condition, have a quick word with your GP first.
