What it is

Our sinus cleanse is a soft, relaxing treatment that combines ear cleansing with gentle pressure-point work around the sinuses. It is calm and unhurried, and most people find it deeply settling.
It is a lovely one to book when you have been feeling a bit heavy in the head and just want to lie still and relax for a while. It sits nicely alongside a sauna or a massage.
